THE PROCESS LOOK LIKE?
Business Systemic Constalationions focus on seeking answers to specific questions that You establish with the support of an experienced expert even before the workshops. They determine the main elements of the entire process. These elements can include the product, employees, marketing strategy, buying offer for a company, and finances.
In the next step, You select representatives for each element from the workshop participants. None of them know the questions or assigned roles.
Intuitively, You place the representatives of these elements in a space that reflects your internal picture of the situation, and then You become an observer of the setup.
Led by the facilitator, representatives of each element, share what they observe and sense. They can also move according to their own internal impulses.
From the information provided by the representatives, a pattern emerges based on their internal, intuitive wisdom. By uncovering the dynamics of the elements, a path to your solution is revealed.

TThose meetings were truly amazing. Each time, I attended the Business Systemic Constalations with a business-related issue that was weighing on me, for which I couldn't - or perhaps didn't want to - find answers.
